Finally!! Flowers to photograph

Here in the desolate desert of Phoenix, the flowers are nowhere to be seen...yet. But, Prescott had some flowers that I was able to photograph and here they are (just don't ask me what anything is): A wildflower growing near my neighbor's yard.

A close up of the same.

A super-macro of the same. Kind of artsy if I do say so myself

Very nice pictures. I love lady bugs that is a nice one.

I especially love the cheerful and artistic pix of the bright yellow sunflower!

Macro flowers are wonderful aren't they? I love the little lady bug on the rose too...isn't Sharlott Hall a fun place to have a virtual rose garden? I visit there often (it's easier than me trying to grow them)

Love your flower pics - especially the artsy sunflower.

So, are you working on the Garden Fantasy embroidered quilt? And do you have any pictures of it? I'd love to see it!

Sounds like you're a bit ahead of me on your Garden Fantasy quilt, but not much. I've got all my blocks embroidered now too - getting ready to start my borders. I'm thinking I'll quilt the blank blocks after I've put the whole thing together.

Oh my, which picture to vote for? Love the red shadows in the salmon colored rose... the ladybug, of course... and I always vote for sunflowers -- there are so dang photogenic.
