Gift for a friend

A month ago, I took a sewing workshop and learned how to make the "Deli Tote Bag". I made one from monkey fabrics and I actually use it every day to take my lunch to work. My friend Mary, just had a birthday this month so I created one for her as well. Since she loves cats, I found a really cute cat fabric to make it from. Here are some photos of the finished product.

That is a very cool tote bag, but it doesn't measure up to the plain black tote bag given me by my SIL (we're divorced), which merely says:

Bucksnort Tennessee

This is Betsy's friend Mary, recipient of the cat lunch bag.
I love it and also take my lunch to work daily so it will definitely be used. I'm afraid to put it in the fridge at work lest it provide too much temptation...

GrannyJ - Anything that says "bucksnort" on it will trump a cat purse any day.

Mary - Now you need to make one.

Is Bucksnort a place name?

Cute bag. I especially like the picture of your cute friends behind the bag on the desk.
